Evangel Family Christian Academy (EFCA) is the home school ministry under the accountability of Evangel Temple Assemblies of God. It is unashamedly a Christian ministry operated as a non-profit organization to serve evangelical Christians who are actively involved in their local church. All support staff of this home school ministry serves under the authority of a Board of Directors consisting of the Senior Pastor of Evangel Temple, a Pastorial Representative, and the Membership and Advisory Board.

EFCA provides administrative assistance to member families required by the Alabama Code, maintains student records, verifies enrollment for students as needed, and issues student transcripts. EFCA also offers a variety of opportunities for member families including academic, athletic, and social activities.

The EFCA office is located in the school administrative building at Evangel Temple, Room 404. The office hours are 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The telephone number is 334-272-3215; the fax number is 334-272-5662.
